Neben russisch gibt es jetzt alle Bedienungsanleitungen in englisch un deutsch und bei Bedarf auch in anderen Sprachen. Weiterhin wird ORTO in Europa einen Servicesttzpunkt aufbauen, um nher am Kunden zu sein.
